I have used the WC and the LT Carts. Weld the images and insert a rectangle. This can be used as a card or as a portrait. To close it, 2 sticky velcros were adhered, so you can change the picture anytime you want.
I made some layers to give more dimension. Corrugated cardtock is used (I confess it was very tough to cut it), it looks great and you can recycle your scraps.

The + Symbol was covered with Snow Writer and heat dried to get a puffy aspect. You can see the card open with the velcros for closing it to change picture, message or whatever you want to put inside.
Here you have it in the Portrait mode with a 4 x 6 picture (fits perfectly)
